We are calling these hangars TOY BOX hangars. These hangars are designed to hold your airplane and other recreation toys.  Depending on your layout our 50’ wide by 64’ deep  by 24’ high hangar space is ideal.   Each hangar sits on a West Desert 20 year renewable lease. $25,000 ground lease ($5,000 down and then $1,000 per year after year 5).
